Design Assistance – I need a little help!
Where to start? We understand that bringing an interior design vision to life can sometimes feel overwhelming or uncomfortable. Our passionate Design Consultants can work with you to coordinate any part of your project and fill in the gaps of your remodeling vision – whether it be brainstorming a new tile pattern that will mesh perfectly with your cabinets or choosing new lighting fixtures to brighten up your kitchen. We can comb through the fine details and make insightful contributions to your overall design. We want to make it fun for you, not a chore!
Design Sketches – I need to communicate this to my pro at home!
Our most in-depth service involves creating design sketches for our clients. On complex projects, communication between you, your contractor and our design staff is essential to ensuring that the intended design is perfectly executed and is exactly what you hoped for when installed. We believe that a concrete plan with all vital details is a fundamental driver of remodeling success.
Your design sketch maps out everything such as installation locations, tile patterns and helpful notes to assist your contractor with the installation process. Even details like the grout color will be included on the sketch so your full vision comes together in a cohesive manner.
“We take all the products that the customer has purchased from us and we lay them out on a floor plan. We then provide these design sketches to the contactor, so it is crystal-clear where the products are going in the space,” says Luxe Home Designer Laura Arkell. “Details matter. For example, we’ll call out the shower head height, so there’s no guessing and it’s done right the first time!”
