Over the last 20 years, Leila has built an exceptional reputation in the design industry. She is the owner and founder of the well-established Douglah Designs showroom on Mount Diablo Blvd in Lafayette, California, providing design/build services to the East Bay. In 2014, Leila opened a second showroom location, Luxe Home by Douglah Designs in the heart of Lafayette. Luxe Home serves as a retail showroom featuring a wide variety of products from plumbing and tile to lighting and cabinets and much more. Leila’s vision for Luxe Home is to create a convenient one-stop-shop for all clientele. She wants to provide customers the opportunity to learn about the latest kitchen and bath products and technologies first hand. In addition to managing her two businesses, Leila works with local organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Lafayette Partners in Education, Shelter Inc. and the Lindsay Wildlife Museum. Leila has also served as the President of the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce in 2013, and was named Lafayette’s Business Person of the year in 2015.

Jessica joined the Douglah Designs team in 2019 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in home décor, textiles, and furnishings. Having lived and worked in Seattle, Portland, Southern California, Dallas and now the Bay Area, Jessica has a wide range of experience in both classic and trending design and is our in-house soft-goods expert! Not only does Jessica work on kitchen and bath remodels, she can also be found collaborating with Leila, bringing her unique perspective to larger projects, as an integral part of the design team. She enjoys the personal commitment to the design process and her number one goal is to see her clients happy in the place most important…home.

With her attention to detail and over 25 years in the design industry, Diane handles the purchasing and coordination of all our projects. Diane is NCIDQ certified and has a strong background in both architecture and interiors.
Renee Maciel Cutrell

A strategic and innovative HR professional with over 15 years’ experience working in various industries in the San Francisco Bay Area. Renee possesses expertise in numerous functions of human resources and has proven success in leading and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California. Renee is a member of The Society for Human Resources Management and is a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential holder.
